Chris Sendker

Vice President

Chris grew up in the Glendale family business and began working for the company as a teenager. Over the past 20 years, he has advanced from laborer to painter, foreman, Senior Project Manager, and now Vice President. That progression has given him a thorough understanding of painting products, application methods, and the practical demands of delivering quality work.

A licensed General Contractor in Florida, Chris also studied Business Management at the University of South Florida and St. Petersburg College. He combines his field knowledge with a strong understanding of project costs, scheduling, and resource management to keep work moving efficiently while maintaining Glendale’s standards.

As Glendale’s second generation of leadership, Chris works alongside Rick and Kevin in guiding company decisions and building relationships with customers, vendors, and engineers. Together, they combine established knowledge with fresh perspective, carrying forward the service and workmanship customers have counted on since 1985.
