It starts with your call. You might have found our website from a Google search. You might have been referred by one of our material suppliers or one of our satisfied customers. Maybe you asked someone who painted their building when you saw how good it looked. Either way, it starts with you dialing (727) 944-4444, and talking to one of our team members.
After that initial phone call, we'll come out to meet you and inspect your building. We listen to your concerns and needs. Our knowledge of products, specifications and substrates, will be combined with your needs and concerns to render a complete assessment of the project. If a manufacturer has not already been selected, we will make a recommendation at this point and send them out to review the project as well.
After our visit(s) and the creation of the project assessment, we will start the pricing process. This may included review with manufacturers, product research for certain conditions, obtaining quotes from vendors for products and equipment along with the availability of them. Once all our information is compiled and questions have been answered, we put a final price on the work.
After we've formed the projects partnership, the real work begins. Coordinating the project starts with our operations facilitator. Proper set up leads to efficiency and completion of the work with as little disruption as possible to the residents. Meeting with the manufacturer on site to ensure; products needed will be available, color samples are approved and store project file is correct, and review inspection schedule. Within no time at all, your building will look like it did when you built it.
