Kevin joined Rick in building Glendale after attending Niagara Community College. As co-founder and Vice President, he developed the company’s field operations from the ground up and continues to oversee them today.

While Rick focused on sales and business development, Kevin established the field practices and crew leadership needed to deliver consistent results. His approach combines careful coordination, efficient use of resources, and close attention to workmanship.

Kevin’s understanding of how work gets done in the field has helped Glendale provide lasting value to its customers. His leadership remains central to the company’s daily operations and the standards its employees follow.
