Rick founded Glendale in 1985 after studying Business Management at the State University of New York at Buffalo and serving in a supervisory role with a large industrial coatings company.

His industry knowledge, business ethics, and practical approach to solving problems have helped establish lasting relationships with customers, vendors, bankers, and bond underwriters. Equally important has been his ability to bring together skilled professionals who share his commitment to quality and customer service.

Working alongside Kevin and the Glendale team, Rick has built a company grounded in dependable workmanship, personal accountability, and long-term customer relationships. Those principles continue to guide Glendale today.
