When Rick Sendker introduced Glendale to me at Fred Curtis, Inc., back in 1988, it was his first large contract for painting and waterproofing. The contract amount was approximately $181,000, and we monitored him closely. The end result was an excellent job. I have had the opportunity to work with Glendale again on the Mirror Lake Project in downtown St. Petersburg. His company has grown stronger, is more professional and more experienced.
