Our new construction division boasts some of the largest and most complex structures in Florida.  We know how to meet the ever tightening deadlines developers and general contractors require these days.

We have painted projects requiring over 100,000 gallons of paint.  We have installed a variety of distinctive and high-end finishes such as Venetian plaster, murals, metallics, epoxy floor coatings, and faux finishes.  We do waterproofing and beauty bead work.  We have provided payment and performance bonds on projects as large as $3,000,000.00.  Glendale did it's first new construction project in 1985 and we continue to do this work today.  While we are selective in which contractors and developers we want to align with, we are diverse and experienced enough to handle anything our clients ask of us.
