Parallon is an 83,000-square-foot build-to-suit facility in Largo, constructed using tilt-wall panels for HCA as the tenant.
Glendale’s exterior scope included expansion joint sealant installation and texture coating applications. A major component of the project was extensive interior tenant improvement painting throughout the facility, including multiple colors to meet the tenant’s requirements.
