Repaint (Twice)

This was a large project consisting of two towers, a connector building and 4 other structures. It was colored EIFS when constructed. Pressure washing was required twice a year to remove mildew. It was decided that painting to seal the surface porosity would resist dirt & mildew more than the porous unpainted aged EIFS. We were called in for the first paint job which was a three coat system with a high build as an intermediate coat for added sealing. 12 years later, the same people called us back to do it again. This time with full window beauty bead sealant replacement as well as refinishing the window frames and muntins.
